What is GPA? Graphics Performance Accelerator Display Cache
Graphics Performance Accelerator

The Graphics Performance Accelerator (GPA) card provides a dedicated display cache to the integrated graphics engine. The GPA card is a 32-bit 133 MHz 4 MB SDRAM array for enhanced integrated 3D and 3D graphics performance which is placed in the 815E AGP connector. Since the GPA card is only used with the integrated graphics and occupies the AGP slot, it can not be used at the same time as an add-in AGP video card.
Note: In earlier documentation the GPA may have been referred to as an AGP Inline Memory Module (AIMM).
